Making the Most of Your Day Job
Nowadays there are numerous types of folks living various lives and working in a variety of capacities. I think it is safe to imply that at one point or another, everyone's worked within an office. One more point about this job was going through the data and numbers and following that making new desired goals. I would have to then develop another worksheet with the data for the goal. The numbers from the initial spread sheet would let us know where we are and exactly where we might strengthen. By looking at what we needed to make improvements to, I'd generate a goal with tasks that outlined methods to produce the improvement. Putting all this information together in project timeline made it simple to send around to everybody in the call center.
